How to submit a foal or embryo for auction:

1. The first selection is quite straight forward. Complete the full registration form.  A photo or video is welcome but not required!

2. Altervative submission:

Contact by phone or send a WhatsApp message with the pedigree information and a link from Horsetelex/Hippomundo for your foal or embryo.  This can be done at: +31 620 363 342 (Maarten Brands).
Submitting via the registration form is preferred to ensure all information is accurate.

3. On-Site Inspection: 

After registration, we will visit the foals at their home. Based on this, we make a selection of foals invited to the Photo/Video Day on Saturday, 1 August 2026, at the location of Highfield Genetics. 

4. Photo/Video Day Evaluation:
On this day, foals will be assessed for conformation, correctness, health, and movement

5. Admission to Auction
Only foals that meet our requirements will be admitted to the auction.

6. Live presentation of the full Foal-collection
On Saturday afternoon, 22 August 2026, the foals are required to be on the presentation of   entire foal collection can be viewed live at Highfield Genetics. They will be presented in motion with their dam/surrogate mare, and afterwards, they can also be inspected in the stables.
